HAND-BUILDING POTTERY WORKSHOP

1st and 3rd Monday 5–7pm, 7–9pm

Pottery has returned to cave! This hand-building pottery workshop is suitable for all abilities, from complete beginners to more experienced makers.

Emma will begin with a short introduction to hand-building techniques and the ceramics process before helping you develop your ideas and create your own piece. More experienced potters are welcome to use the session to refine their skills or work on personal projects with support from Emma as needed. All tools and clay included. (Please note size and quantity of creations are limited due to cost of materials and kiln capacity apply.)

Once your work is complete, you'll choose a glaze colour and Emma will glaze and fire your pieces for you. Work is usually ready for collection within a month, and we'll let you know when it's ready.

• Children aged 8+ are welcome when accompanied by an attending adult. Both child and adult must have their own ticket.

• Pottery is a skilled and sometimes unpredictable craft. While rare, pieces can crack, break, or become damaged during firing and glazing. We cannot offer refunds if this happens, but we can offer a discount on a future booking.
